See why we are breaking free of the cosmic loop this month

You know when they say “If you’re going through hell—keep going!” ? That’s how it feels coming into February. January was a b-word, I’m not gonna sugar coat it. But after a rather challenging beginning to the year, allow me to congratulate you for making it through and welcome to February! I am happy to announce several little gems tucked into this short, but sweet calendar month that are worth the wait.

On February 1st (rabbit rabbit), there is a Piscean pile up in the cosmos! We will experience the North Node conjunct Venus and Neptune. After a little digging, I discovered the last time we had this similar astrological alignment was in 1858.

Here is a list of some noteworthy events from 1858:

-Assassination attempt on Napoleon III

-Lincoln-Douglas Debates: focusing on the issue of slavery (this will be a theme we pick back up on with Neptune in Aries later this year)

-Founding of The Halle Orchestra: beginning one of the UK’s oldest professional orchestras.

-Theodore Roosevelt was born.

-First Transatlantic Telegraph Message: was sent by Queen Victoria to U.S. President James Buchanan.

-Discovery of the Asteroid 55 Pandora: made by astronomer George Mary Seale and it expanded our knowledge of the solar system.

These events touch on some incredible themes of music, communication, and expanding our awareness of the universe. After more digging I found an event that truly blew my mind in how perfectly it represents this powerful and spiritual expansion of the North Node conjunct Venus and Neptune in Pisces:

-First Vision at Lourdes: a 14 year old Bernadette Soubirous reported the first of many visions of the Virgin Mary in Lourdes, France. She described a lady dressed in white with a blue sash and a golden rose at each foot who later revealed her identity. Over 6 months Bernadette experienced 18 of these apparitions. Bernadette was guided to a place in the ground to dig which led to the discovery of a well that later became famous for healing properties! Lourdes remains a significant Catholic pilgrimage destination and Pope Pius XI canonized Bernadette as a saint in 1933. Incredible!

What will be unfolding for our collective with this transit? Besides the recipe for incredible miracles and spiritual healing, I do see a potential whenever Neptune is in the mix for SCAMS. Keep your wits about you and don’t give someone the keys to the castle just because they come rolling up on a white horse, or a unicorn for that matter.

Next up, on February 4th, Venus will move into Aries. This energy feels like red lipstick and a cigarette. Where it can be fun and bold, it can also have a propensity to escalate mini tensions and turn them into wars. Be aware of your surroundings. Consider that we are still under the influence of this neverending Mars retrograde and people can be closer than we think to a crash out. It’s been a slow crab boil, try not to lose your cool or be in an environment where people become agitated in public. This transit is significant, as we will have a Venus retrograde starting March 1st. Take note of what unfolds for you because this energy will be reworked.

February 4th will also bring the long awaited Jupiter direct in Gemini! YAY! The Santa Claus of the zodiac has been stalled out for months, having us make due with the toys we already had in the basement. There was an opportunity to reflect on all the gifts Jupiter brought throughout the year, but now we are so ready for some expansion. Optimism returns, and with this transit in Gemini, expect that buzz to come back! We are chatting, mixing with new people again, getting tons of information, communications are a go, multiple options and connections. This will be interesting while Mercury is in Aquarius, I imagine it opens us up to some sudden or shocking news about ai, space, tech, and things of an Aquarian/Uranus nature that has us heading to social media.

February 12th brings a Full Moon in Leo that is squaring Uranus in Taurus. Full moons illuminate and are a culmination, and in Leo we are in our hearts. Squaring Uranus in Taurus? WHO KNOWS! Honestly, Uranus is the wild card, lightning bolt, it strikes at random and is quite unpredictable. Recall your experiences around the 30th of January where Uranus went direct. What was going on in your life? In the news, I saw a couple of plane crashes and at the time of writing this, the information is still coming out but they were under quite odd circumstances.

Right on time for Valentine’s Day, February 14th, Mercury moves into Pisces. On the upside this energy is quite poetic. Communication comes in song lyrics, meditations, and from the arts. Speaking to your soul in colors and shapes, body language, and a general dreamlike essence. The downside? You could feel like it's difficult to find the point with some talks, emails, or negotiations. I recommend just letting it flow and not taking it personally if people are sort of vague or misleading. As a caution, there is definite potential for F-boy/F-girl energy, and ghosting!

February 18th the Sun will move into Pisces contributing even more emphasis on the ethereal. Connecting back to the cosmic pile up in Pisces: now with the Sun, Neptune, Saturn and the North Node. The vibe is flow state, creativity, water, art, music, surrender, faith, spirituality, miracles, healing, cure energy. Getting lost in our dreams. I bet we will look back at this time as producing some of the greatest new works of art for our collective! Are you a creator? This is your sign! Pick up the paintbrush, the microphone, the clay, the dough, the memo pad, whatever you want! Create.

And now, for the most long awaited transit, February 23rd. MARS DIRECT IN CANCER! I swear I could cry. But with this dang transit I may be all cried out. The long haul Mars retrograde transit is over. We did it! Astrologically, I try to remain unbiased and open minded to transits because I believe that we experience them for our greatest good and highest timeline. However, I am just NOT a fan of Mars retrograde in Cancer. This has been a real doozy. Mars direct brings back motivation and the courage to deal with our emotions that are being activated by Cancer. Where we still have Mars in this part of our charts until April, we have more access to empowerment instead of internalized frustration and stewing. Do you know where Cancer is in your chart? You will want to get familiar with it!

For a brief window of time, February 23rd-28th, ALL PLANETS ARE DIRECT. Wow! Venus will be losing a lot of steam for her upcoming retrograde and Mars a little cranky still, but this is an interesting window of opportunity. I would take advantage of this week in some way especially on February 27th, with the New Moon in Pisces.

This moon is at and is the 5th of 6 New Moons that will be at that degree. We already experienced a series of New Moons at in: Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and now Pisces. The Sabian Symbol for in Pisces is: An aviator in the clouds. The keyword is OBSERVATION. In this week of all planets direct, this is an incredibly powerful New Moon and will be a fantastic time to expand your vision for your future.
